Screen Printing
This course provides an opportunity to explore a broad range of image-making approaches using screen-printmaking methods (serigraphy). Although the main emphasis will be on photo-emulsion methods, the course will begin with mono-printing in the first two weeks, then students will learn and use photo method exposure for the last 6 weeks. This course is great for both beginners and those who want to further develop an understanding of their existing procedures and practices. This course allows an open approach to making images and freedom of expression, while working on technique and consistency of creating an edition of prints or multiples of an image.
